At every Rosewood property, sensory experiences are crafted by individuals working at the intersection of memory, emotion, and meticulous care. Today, women are redefining what hospitality means.
Rise to the Table takes these journeys further.
AN EXPRESSION OF HOSPITALITY AS COLLABORATION AND EXCHANGE
Rooted in Rosewood Foundation’s Rise to the Table initiative, a cultural movement has emerged, one that gathers women already shaping their industries and invites them to help shape the future of hospitality. From March 2 to 6, Rosewood Hong Kong hosts the inaugural Rise to the Table residency. Eleven emerging female leaders come together for five days of immersive workshops, shared experiences, and dialogue focused on leadership, business development, and personal growth, culminating in a closing dinner that reflects the collective stories and visions of the group.
From there, the journey continues. Each participant enters a year-long mentorship, paired with a Rosewood leader who will guide, challenge, and support her path forward.
FOOD, MEMORY AND WHY IT MATTERS
Food is never just nourishment. In a single bite, it can carry memories, comfort, and discovery. It smooths difficult conversations, marks milestones and offers solace on ordinary days. At Rosewood, these stories are shaped by those who design the menus, greet guests and guide the room’s rhythms.
Rise to the Table recognizes that, as women step forward to lead, the emotional landscape of hospitality evolves. New flavors are introduced, narratives shift and guests find new reflections of themselves.
Participants return to their properties with new skills, perspectives and relationships. More than that, they carry a renewed sense of purpose, not only for their guests and teams, but for the broader culture of hospitality.
