Meza de Juan is a monthly community table led by Executive Chef Juan Meza of Costa, conceived as both a culinary journey and a cultural gathering.


Rooted in Mexican memory and tradition, the experience centers on corn explored through fire, seasonality, and time-honored technique. Shared dishes—from vibrant antojitos to layered mains and nostalgic desserts—are paired with curated tequila and mezcal tastings, inviting connection through food, heritage, and community.
