February 2024 – Rosewood Bangkok announces a special Chinese New Year menu at Nan Bei, embracing the custom of sharing meals with friends and family during this festive season. Featuring both a la carte options and a special Prosperity Set menu, the culinary experience is complemented by the enchanting melodies of live Guzheng music, adding an authentic touch to the celebrations. A standout dish, available in both dining options, is the Lo Hei (Prosperity Toss Raw Fish Salad), a symbol of abundance for guests to immerse themselves in the festive spirit.
Guests can also enjoy the Prosperity Set Menu in a choice of private dining rooms with a selection of appetizers that include succulent Hokkaido Scallops, Cuttlefish, Pork Knuckle, Poached Chicken, and Honey-Glazed BBQ. The main course presents a selection of auspicious dishes, including Peking Duck, Fish Maw, Spotted Grouper, Tiger Prawns, Wagyu Tenderloin, and Abalone Rice, followed by a traditional Rice Cake and Chilled Mango Sago to conclude the meal.Top of FormBottom of Form
The Chinese New Year menu at Nan Bei is presented from 9-11 February 2024 both lunch and dinner. The Prosperity Set Menu is available in private dining rooms for THB 28,000++ (8 – 10 guests) or THB 38,000++ (12 – 14 guests).
