Director of Bars

KT Lam

With over 11 years of award-winning experience, KT Lam leads the beverage programmes at Rosewood Bangkok, overseeing the creative direction of its bar concepts and driving the continued success of Lennon's. Under his leadership, Lennon's was ranked No. 7 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026 and honoured with the Highest New Entry Award, cementing its position as one of Asia’s most celebrated bars.

 

Previously, KT led DarkSide at Rosewood Hong Kong to No. 9 on Asia’sv50 Best Bars 2023 and Sora at Rosewood Phnom Penh to No. 65 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Continuing his journey within the Rosewood family, he brings Thailand’s stories to life through innovative cocktails, local collaborations, and personalised guest experiences, establishing Lennon's as destination where music, creativity, and exceptional mixology come together.

Bar Manager

Kosil Kamja (James)

With seven years of bartending experience, Kosil “James” Kamja brings a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and genuine hospitality to Lennon's at Rosewood Bangkok. As Bar Manager, he plays a key role in shaping the bar’s signature experience through refined mixology and personalised service.

 

Under his leadership and together with the Lennon's team, the bar was ranked No. 7 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and honoured with the Highest New Entry Award, cementing its position among Asia’s most celebrated bars.

 

Known for his vibrant energy and welcoming smile, James believes bartending is about creating meaningful connections beyond the cocktail. His favourite classic, the White Lady, reflects his own character: refined, balanced, and full of charm.

 

Previously Head Bartender at Crimson Room and Assistant Bar Manager at Firefly Bar at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, James has continued to push the boundaries of his craft, earning Emerging Bartender of the Year at the Bangkok Bar Show 2025. At Lennon's, he combines expertise and creativity to create memorable cocktail experiences.
