With a motly, intriguing history, Rum is essential to the history of Bermuda, and of course is a prime ingredient in the islands two most famous cocktails, the "Dark & Stormy," and the "Rum Swizzle." Guests are invited to peak into the history of Rum, and sample some fine examples from Bermuda and beyond, including Rosewood Bermuda's own bespoke blend by Goslings Rum, an unrepeatable blend that can only be enjoyed while at the resort.
