Sense Spa Policies
Most spas request that guests turn off cell phones and maintain a quiet atmosphere. Guests should be 16 or older to access spa areas, with children allowed by appointment only and accompanied by an adult.
The spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, so valuables should be left at home.
Special treatments are available for pregnant guests beyond their first trimester, and consultation with a physician is recommended. Inform the spa or therapist of any health issues or concerns before your treatment.
Reservations are highly encouraged, especially for spa and wellness experiences, and can be made by emailing bermuda.spa@rosewoodhotels.com. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place, and guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.
