Suite Policies

Rates are in Euros and are subject to city tax. Please note that rates and city tax may change without notice. City tax does not apply to children under 14 years old.
Daily rates are per room/suite and are inclusive of:

• Newspaper application for Android and Apple devices
• WiFi
• Use of Nespresso machine
• 10% VAT
• Rates also include: access to Kids Club and select kids' activities, use of sauna and steam bath, fitness center, heated infinity pool, bocce and tennis courts.

When purchased on-site, the cost of breakfast for room-only rates is €50 p.p..

Villa Policies

Rates are per villa, per night and include:

• Daily breakfast delivered every morning to the villa
• Tuscan Dispensa (welcome grocery upon arrival) replenished daily along with a selection of Castiglion del Bosco estate wines
• Lunch or dinner each day (the choice is yours) at one of our restaurants, or as an in-Villa dining experience prepared by one of our Chefs (alcoholic beverages excluded)
• Minibar items replenished daily (alcoholic beverages excluded)
• Daily fully dedicated service by your housekeeping attendant from 8 am until 4.30pm; extra cleaning, if required, will be charged at a cost
• Newspaper application for Android and Apple devices
• WiFi
• Daily housekeeping
• Rates also include: access to Kids Club and select kids' activities, use of sauna and steam bath, fitness center, private heated infinity pool, bocce and tennis courts.
• Included in the nightly Villa rate is a Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, for guests to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be maximum 3 designated drivers per Villa, throughout the length of your stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
