A 30% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance - equal to 70% of the full amount due - will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival.
Reservations cancelled or modified 30 days or less prior to arrival by 4 p.m. local time are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.

A Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is included in the nightly villa rate to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be maximum 3 designated drivers per villa, throughout the length of the stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
