Guests are greeted by the hotel's private car and driven to the dock where they load in and are taken on a journey to discover the waters and fish that surround the Vancouver area. The city is blessed with some of the best wild salmon just minutes away from the city's shores and after a day on the water guests can bring their catches back to the hotel. Our culinary team will prepare your salmon or trout for your evening meal or smoke it allowing you to take it home. Fresh air, friendly experienced guides with great memories and delicious meals await your group.

The experience can be enjoyed by a group of four persons at a time.

BARBECUE TERRACE DINNER

Vancouver offers a beautiful scenic skyline which makes the perfect setting for a barbecue dinner. Served traditionally on the terrace of the Rosewood Suite, the barbecue includes a personal chef and server. Carefully cured meats and sides are prepared right before your eyes as you take in the sights and sounds of Vancouver. Follow up dinner with a selection of British Columbia wine and cheeses before ending the night with chocolates and Port while relaxing in the jacuzzi. 


This experience can be enjoyed by a minimum of two and up to eight guests at a time.
