Daily rates in US dollars are subject to an accommodation tax, currently at 10 percent, and service charge, currently at 10 percent. An 18 percent gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. Rates, tax and fees are subject to change without notice.

ATTIRE
During the daytime, a cover-up and footwear are appropriate in the dining room and public areas. After sunset, in the Pavilion gentlemen may wear dress shorts, a collared shirt and open shoes. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and beach sandals are not permitted. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire. During the winter season, from Christmas until Easter, gentlemen are requested to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. At the Sugar Mill, throughout the year, gentlemen are required to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. Jackets and ties are not necessary. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS

2020

For stays between January 1, 2020 to April 12,2020
A three-night deposit which includes the room rate, service charge and tax is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time 30 days in advance of arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit and cancellation policies may apply.

For stays between April 13th, 2020 – August 23rd, 2020 and October 15,2020 to Dec 22, 2020
A two-night deposit which includes the room rate, service charge and tax is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time 21 days in advance of arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit and cancellation policies may apply.

For stays between December 23, 2020 – January 3, 2021 
For the 2020 festive season, full  deposit which includes the room rate, resort fee, tax and gratuity is required at booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time until July 30, 2020

Hotel is closed from August 23rd , 2020 and opens back on October 15, 2020.

2021

For stays between January 4, 2021 to April 4,2021
A three-night deposit which includes the room rate, service charge and tax is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. For stays between April 5, 2021 – August 22, 2021 and October 14,2021 to Dec 21, 2021

For stays between December 22, 2021 – January 3, 2022 
For the 2021 festive season, full  deposit which includes the room rate, resort fee, tax and gratuity is required at booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time until July 30, 2021

Hotel is closed from August 22 , 2021 and opens back on October 14, 2021.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In the event of an early departure, all originally confirmed room nights will be charged.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
