The ultimate London escape, The Lincoln House is named in honour of the hotel’s proximity to Lincoln’s Inn Fields and the illustrious Inns of Court which have defined Holborn since medieval times. Bathed in natural light, this two-bedroom suite offers 251 square metres of open-plan living space especially made for entertaining friends and family.

Rosewood London welcomes cats and dogs free of charge. To keep pets and guests happy, the following guidelines have been put in place:

• Pets are welcome in all food and beverage outlets.
• Pets should always be kept on a leash.
• Parents should pick up any "deposits" left by their pets.
• Pets are not allowed in the spa and fitness facilities.
• Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors.

All prices are quoted in British Sterling and include 20% tax. In the event the rate of tax changes, this will be automatically reflected in the price charged.

Please note smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the hotel to help minimise the health and safety risks posed to our guests and associates. Our dedicated smoking area in the courtyard is open 24 hours. 

The hotel's standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received by 6 p.m. hotel local time the day prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due. Please note that group bookings and certain promotions are subject to different terms and conditions, which are detailed either in the group contract or promotion details.

Please note that the hotel does not accept prepayments made within 72 hours of arrival.

Rosewood London is a child-friendly hotel, offering a range of services for guests of all ages. Children aged 16 and under may stay in their parents’ room at no additional cost, and an extra bed can be provided upon request in selected room types. For guests over 16, the extra bed will be charged at GBP 75 per night. 

Please note that we require all guests under the age of 18 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian when checking in and checking out at Rosewood London.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is at 12:00 noon.
