Situated in the communal heart of Rosewood Mandarina, the Poolside Villa offers walkable access to the resort’s pristine beachfront, adult and family pool clubs, and dining areas. The expansive space also includes generous outdoor-indoor living space including lounge and dining areas, private infinity plunge pool on the expansive terrace, deep soaking bathtub and an outdoor rain shower.

Taxes

Room Rates are subject to a 16% sales tax, a 5% occupancy tax and 15% service charge.

Deposit & Cancellations

Reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit  on a credit card at the time of booking. 

For stays between January 2 and December 18, 2025, Cancellations made within 21 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the stay plus tax and service charge.

For stays between 19 December 2025 and 1 January 2026, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Cancel 90 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty plus tax and service charge.

Amendment, cancellation and no show will be subject to an entire stay room charge plus surcharges. 

Amendments made to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time of making the change.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12 noon on the day of departure.

For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-registration conditions may be requested in order to guarantee the room. A fee may apply. 

Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

Additional Person Policy

Rosewood Mandarina is a child-friendly resort and offers a range of services for children of all ages. Children 12 years and under may stay in their parent’s room in existing bedding at no additional cost. A USD100 charge applies for any third person 13 years old and above staying in the room. Based on maximum occupancy per accommodation.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed up to 22 lb. A non-refundable pet fee of USD 150 per pet applies per stay; this fee will be waived for emotional support or service dogs with valid certification. Any damage incurred during your stay may result in charges to cover repair or cleaning costs. Pets are welcome in our restaurants, bars, and common areas, but are not allowed in pools, whirlpools, or saunas.

If your pet is in a public area, please ensure it is either on a leash or in its carrier.
Owners should pick up any "deposits" left by their pets.
Pets should never be left unattended in the accommodations.

Smoking Policy

Rosewood Mandarina A Rosewood Resort has implemented a smoke-free policy as a commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for guests and associates alike. Our smoke-free policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes (including electronic and e-cigarettes), and vape pens or e-cigars.

Drones Policy

The use of unmanned aerial systems is strictly prohibited on or above resort property.
