Spa Information
For a more comprehensive journey, you are invited to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the wellness consultation and to start your wellness experience with us. Late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.
Please contact our Spa Receptionist or Pre-Arrival Concierge to schedule your spa reservation. We recommend advanced reservations to ensure availability. If you should wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please be advised that 24 hours is required in order for us to accommodate your request. No Show or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
You will be supplied with a luxurious bathrobe and sandals as well as a locker for your clothing and personal belongings. Ample soft cotton towels are provided throughout the spa area. Additional spa amenities such as deodorant, mouthwash, sanitary napkins, hair-styling products, and make-up remover are available upon request. Discreet disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments. Swimsuits or shorts are recommended while enjoying the heat and wet facilities.

To ensure peace of mind and comfort while you are enjoying your wellness experience, we provide secure lockers for all of your belongings. Asaya will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during your visit.
Guests aged 14 and older may use the facilities and receive spa services with a Parent/Guardian present in the locker rooms and treatment room and/or salon. Upon special request and under the supervision of a Parent/Guardian, we can accommodate treatments tailored for children under the age of 14. Parents/Guardian will need to sign a release waiver upon check into the spa facility.
