1. What is the minimum age of Rosewood Explorers Kids Club?
The minimum age for Kids Club access is 4 years old; children must be fully toilet-trained.
2.  Do I need to bring my own car seat?
No, the hotel can equip your transportation with age-appropriate car seat(s) upon advance request. Please note this is only for the use of our Rosewood transportation and can be requested when booking directly through the hotel.
3.  Are there babysitters or nannies available for hire?
Yes, we have a trusted team of childcare staff who are available for babysitting services. This can be booked in advance with the concierge or on-site with your butler.
4. Do I need to bring my own crib?
No, we can provide your suite with a crib upon request. We provide Baby Bloom expandable cribs. The mini crib dimensions are 64.5cm/25.5in x 68.4cm/27in and the fully expanded dimensions are 124.5cm/49in x 68.4cm/27in. Please see below for our full list of baby and child items that are available to be placed in-suite, upon request.
5. What accommodations are best for families?
While nearly all our suite categories can be tailored to welcome little ones, we recommend the Flatland Suites and Poolside Suites, given they are situated within walking distance of the resort’s beach and pool club, main restaurant La Cocina, and the Rosewood Explorers Kids Club. The Flatland and Poolside studio suites also offer connecting suites, subject to availability. For larger families and groups, we recommend any of our 2–4-bedroom villas – which are spread across the flatlands, beachfront, and mountain areas. Nevertheless, all our suites provide sufficient space for at least one crib or pack and play.
6.  Are swim diapers allowed in the kid-friendly pool?
Yes, swim diapers are permitted in the main resort pools. Even for little ones who are toilet trained, we highly recommend swim diapers for all children under the age of 4 years old. The hotel can supply a 3-pack of swim diapers upon request and on a complimentary basis; additional swim diapers are available for purchase at the boutique.
7.     Can the hotel supply floaties, a life vest, and toddler pool toys?
The hotel provides life vests for children specifically for use during our complimentary beach activities, but unfortunately, cannot otherwise lend them out. Life vests and pool toys are available for purchase at the boutique, but we recommend bringing your own for a more comfortable experience.
