For a more comprehensive journey, you are invited to arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the wellness consultation and to start your wellness experience with us. Late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment; the fee will remain unchanged.

Please contact our Spa Receptionist or Pre-Arrival Concierge to schedule your spa reservation.  We recommend advanced reservations to ensure availability. If you should wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please be advised that 24 hours is required in order for us to accommodate your request.  No Show or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge.

You will be supplied with a luxurious bathrobe and sandals as well as a locker for your clothing and personal belongings. Ample soft cotton towels are provided throughout the spa area. Additional spa amenities such as deodorant, mouthwash, sanitary napkins, hair-styling products, and make-up remover are available upon request. Discreet disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments. Swimsuits or shorts are recommended while enjoying the heat and wet facilities.

Access to the facilities is limited to guests of 18 years and older. Services for young guests under 18 years require the presence and full-time supervision of a Parent or Legal Guardian. For the privacy and comfort of all our guests, minors under 18 years are not permitted in the Spa facilities, such as wet areas.

We offer treatments specially designed for expectant mothers. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time. Available from week 12 to week 28 of pregnancy.

Kindly consult your physician prior to undergoing any treatment or using our facilities. If you have any allergies, injuries, or other considerations that may impact on your treatment experience, please inform our wellness team in advance.

To ensure peace of mind and comfort while you are enjoying your wellness experience, we provide secure lockers for all of your belongings. Asaya will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during your visit.
