“At Caruso’s, we have a holistic approach to food sustainability. First and foremost, is locality – we only source products from local farmers, fishers, and ranchers, in order to reduce the carbon footprint of transportation and support the local microeconomy. Second, we have the ocean, and the Pacific is our life. At FronteMare by Caruso’s we have the opportunity to open a dialogue with our guests while creating special moments,” says Massimo. “I grew up in Italy, and am inspired by the beautiful seaside destinations tucked along the coasts throughout the Mediterranean.
