Miramar Bees
Honey produced through our apiary on the property results in biodiversity across our ecosystem. Freshly harvested honey is used across the resort, incorporating a true sense of place, from MICHELIN Star Caruso's to holistic treatments at our Forbes Five-Star Sense Spa.
Initiatives
Aiming to source ingredients from local farmers, foragers, and fishermen whenever possible, the resort has also been formally celebrated for accolades such as the MICHELIN Green Star, James Beard “Smart Catch” seafood program and more.
LFC Biodigester at Rosewood Miramar Beach
We are proud to support responsible composting with our LFC biodigester — a fully automatic machine that continuously digests food waste. From kitchen prep to post-consumer scraps, the biodigester converts waste into grey water that’s safely disposed of.
