As you step through the doors of the Royal Treichl House, you are greeted by an ambience of sophisticated charm. The suite unfolds into an inviting open kitchen, complete with sleek kitchen island, where guests can indulge in the joy of cooking or sample the creations of a private chef. The common spaces are adorned with carefully curated local art, each piece narrating a story of Vienna’s rich cultural tapestry, while the suite offers breathtaking views over the Old City of Vienna. The suite’s living quarters feature two bedrooms and two lavishly appointed bathrooms where premium amenities meet exquisite design, ensuring every moment of your stay is steeped in indulgence. For additional space, Royal Treichl House may be connected to two Premier rooms to form a four-bedroom suite, ideal for families or larger groups.

Rates

Rates vary based on arrival date, occupancy, accommodation type and/or length of stay. All prices are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include 10% VAT. In the event the rate of tax changes, the change will automatically be reflected in the price charged. City tax of 3.2% is included. In the event of a change, the adjusted rate will be reflected in the price charged. 

Deposit And Cancellations 

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Deposits can be requested based on the room type and the rate reserved. The hotel’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received by 3:00 pm hotel local time, 24 hours prior to the arrival date for rooms and suites, 7 days prior to the arrival date for Signature Houses and 14 days prior to arrival date for Royal Houses in order to avoid a penalty charge. Otherwise, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due. Please note that group bookings, certain dates of stay and rooms categories are subject to different terms and conditions. 

Arrival And Departure

Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-registration conditions may be requested in order to guarantee the room is available upon arrival. 

Children Policy 

Rosewood Vienna is a child-friendly hotel and offers a range of services for children of all ages. Children 12 years and under may stay in their parents’ room in existing bedding at no additional cost, and in certain room types an extra bed can be provided if required. 120 Euros charge applies for any third person from 13 years old and above staying in room. Based on maximum occupancy per accommodation. 

Pet Policy 

Rosewood Vienna welcomes pets and a daily fee of 50 Euros per pet applies. To keep pets and guests happy, the following guidelines have been put in place: Pets are welcome in all food and beverage outlets. Pets should always be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the spa and fitness facilities. Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors. Depending on the race of the pet, a muzzle must be worn according to the regulation of the City of Vienna. 

Transfers

Rosewood Vienna offers a private transfer which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee applies. Flight information may be provided at least 3 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may apply to specific room types and rates. For any assistance, please contact the property directly. 

Smoking Policy

Rosewood Vienna maintains a smoke-free environment throughout the hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of our guestrooms. If this policy is violated, a cleaning fee corresponding at an additional night will be charged. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
