Cancellation Policy

The hotel’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received by 3 pm hotel local time the day prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due.

Smoke-Free Policy

Rosewood Washington, D.C. maintains a smoke-free environment throughout the hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any guestrooms. If this policy is violated, a USD500 cleaning fee will be charged.

Children Policy

Children 17 years and under may stay in their parent’s room in existing bedding at no additional cost. In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided if required; a USD50 fee will be assessed per bed per night, plus tax.

Pet Policy

Rosewood Washington, D.C. welcomes one dog per room weighing less than 50 lbs. The hotel regrets that no pets are allowed in food or beverage areas. There will be a minimum USD100 nonrefundable fee per pet visit.
