Cancellation Policy

It is our goal to provide high-quality, individualized treatments to Rosewood Washington D.C. guests. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any change to or cancellation of an appointment. Failure to change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge of the amount of the treatment that was ordered. 

To change or cancel an appointment, please dial "0" on your room phone. Back-to-back massages are available as well. All in-room massage treatments are provided by external partners Zeel and Soothe.

*All massage treatments can be extended in increments of 15 minutes (USD35/15 minutes)
