Available Friday through Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., CUT Patio will transform into an elegant summer destination centered around a charming ice cream cart featuring house-made ice creams and sorbets from Executive Pastry Chef Ligia Barros. Inspired by Chef Ligia's Brazilian heritage, featured flavors include Yellow Corn and Caipirinha ice cream, alongside Vanilla, Chocolate and Pretzel ice creams, as well as Strawberry and Peach sorbets. Guests can enjoy the nostalgic Double Chocolate Cookie & Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich, along with a kid-friendly Shirley Temple-inspired frozen treat.
Guests can also elevate their experience with Laurent-Perrier Champagne pairings, including specialty sorbet offerings and Champagne by the glass.
