Nurturing hospitality expertise to foster an inclusive community and inspire future-ready special education needs talents through immersive on-the-job training.
Developed in collaboration with LoveXpress in 2024, this five-month programme combines immersive on-the-job training with one-on-one mentorship. The initiative empowers) youth with learning disabilities with practical vocational skills while nurturing their personal and professional growth.
With guidance from our food and beverage, culinary, wellness, and rooms teams, the programme has guided 36 young talents through training, with five outstanding graduates securing full-time positions within the hotel’s food and beverage and wellness teams.
Extending beyond the hotel, the initiative has empowered over 400 youths with learning disabilities through career exploration workshops, while supporting more than 1,120 family members with wellness sessions.

我們深信任何物品在被廢棄前都應先尋找是否還有其他用途,因此,我們向有需要人士捐贈剩餘布料,送上溫暖,並向社區合作夥伴捐贈剩餘的蠟燭蠟,再升級再造成其他產品。我們亦採用可重複使用的烈酒容器,減少即棄玻璃樽和紙盒包裝的浪費。
