This November, Rosewood Baha Mar welcomes acclaimed Chef Alfredo Villanueva of the celebrated Villa Torél for an exclusive culinary residency at Costa.

Joining forces with Costa’s own Chef Juan Meza, the two chefs will present specially curated dinner menus that marry the bold, vibrant flavors of Baja California, Mexico with the finest Bahamian ingredients, creating a distinctive dining experience inspired by the culinary traditions of two coastal destinations.
