This summer, Café Boulud The Bahamas introduces The Summer Table, an intimate dinner series celebrating culinary artistry, seasonality, and a strong sense of place. Each evening presents a distinct expression of flavor and storytelling, beginning with Chef Manrique Saballos in June, whose globally inspired perspective is reflected in a sustainable, ingredient-driven menu rooted in responsible sourcing and refined technique.


In July, Chef Jeffrey Darville offers an authentic taste of The Bahamas, honoring local traditions through vibrant dishes that showcase indigenous ingredients and the spirit of the islands.


The series concludes in August with Executive Sous Chef Jennifer Dodd, who presents an elegant, ocean-inspired tasting centered on lobster, highlighting its depth and versatility through thoughtfully composed courses. Together, these three dinners create a sophisticated exploration of craft, culture, and connection, each experience complemented by carefully selected wine pairings.
