This summer, Café Boulud The Bahamas presents The Summer Table, an intimate dinner series celebrating seasonality, craftsmanship, and a sense of place. The series unfolds with Chef Manrique Saballos in June, followed by Chef Jeffrey Darville’s vibrant homage to Bahamian traditions in July, and concludes in August with Executive Sous Chef Jennifer Dodd’s refined, ocean-inspired lobster tasting. Together, these three dinners offer a sophisticated journey of flavor, culture, and connection, each paired with curated wines.
