Rosewood Bangkok presents "The Witty Moon" mooncakes, a tribute to the Chinese tradition of writing riddles on colorful lanterns displayed during the annual Mid-Autumn Festival. This celebration embraces the spirit of togetherness while offering traditional mooncakes with two delightful fillings made with time honored recipes.
Revelers have two fillings — a velvety Lotus Seed Paste with Salted Egg Yolk, capturing the subtle sweetness of lotus seeds paired with the savory richness of a single egg yolk, and a creamy Durian Paste with Salted Egg Yolk, showcasing the aromatic flavor profile of the renowned "King of Fruits."
The mooncakes are available in sets of four or eight pieces, thoughtfully packaged in eco-friendly designs — making them the perfect gift for colleagues, friends, and loved ones on this special occasion. The box itself features contemporary depictions of yellow-orange clouds, purple mountains, and warm autumn hues, adorned with the elegance of nature and the serene presence of chirping birds, creating a picturesque moonlit landscape.
Rosewood Bangkok’s The Witty Moon mooncakes are available in a Gift Box of 4 pieces (including two Lotus Seed Paste with Salted Egg Yolk and two Durian Paste with Salted Egg Yolk) and a Premium Box (comprising four Lotus Seed Paste with Salted Egg Yolk and four Durian Paste with Salted Egg Yolk), priced at THB 1,888 net and THB 2,888 net, respectively.
