Our Story

Our chefs believe the best product creates the most fabulous dishes, that is why Il Vigneto is a statement of California style cuisine with local farms all within 30 miles of Cordevalle. From Gilroy being the main producer of garlic in the world to Watsonville for berries and apples, Salinas for lettuces and Castroville for artichokes, our chefs support buying local to create a diverse and seasonal menu that caters to all the growing schedules of the local farming community. Il Vigneto hosts several wine events with winemakers throughout the year creating partnerships with some of the best local and international wineries. Il Vigneto was awarded the Best of Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator in 2018.
