Nestled in the countryside of San Martin, California, just 30 minutes south of San Jose, Rosewood CordeValle is a golf lover’s dream and the ultimate choice for a golf vacation. Featuring a 260-acre, 18-hole championship golf course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Jr., this award-winning golf resort has garnered recognition from some of America’s most prestigious golfing magazines including Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and GolfWeek.

Featuring unobstructed views of radiant natural beauty with dramatic contours and elevation changes, this 18-hole, 7,360-yard, par 72 golf course makes innovative use of Northern California’s hillsides canyons and broad meadows. Not just for professional tournaments, CordeValle offers an impressive variety of play, from serious challenges to fun and friendly tees. Taking on a new theme each time it is played, it offers a golfing adventure that both amateurs and pros can enjoy in full.

Destined to be the equal of the world’s finest golf courses, CordeValle is the visionary accomplishment of outdoorsman and golf enthusiast Robert Trent Jones Jr. Situated on 270 acres of gently rolling terrain in a pastoral California valley, the course utilizes the natural elevation changes of its peaks and canyons, enhanced by broad meadows, streams, and striking sycamore and oak trees. Allowing for multiple tees and approaching angles for varying degrees of difficulty, the course takes on new dimensions every time it is played. An elevation change of approximately 150 feet over the entire 18 holes also makes it walkable for the golf purist and demands different strategies and club selections throughout.

The CordeValle management team is committed to providing year-round, tournament-level golf course conditioning and the highest level of personal service and club amenities to its members and guests. Other golf facilities include a comprehensive learning center directed by PGA professionals, advanced practice grounds and a short game area for chipping, pitching, putting and sand play.

Caddies are not only guide and instructor on the golf course, but also philosopher, psychologist and friend. The Caddie Program at CordeValle provides a team of professional caddies who have defined the golfing experience from the resort’s inception. Be it the “walking experience” or the attention of a forecaddie, a round of golf will continue to be richly improved by this unique partnership program.

Rosewood CordeValle's full-service team of golf butlers are a one-of-a-kind amenity for guests to enjoy during play on the resort’s award-winning 18-hole course. While golf caddies take care of the logistics and technical aspects of the game, the golf butlers focus on enhancing each individual guest’s experience using personal and custom touches. Whether it be booking a relaxing spa treatment at Sense, A Rosewood Spa, coordinating small bites and refreshments on the green or shining golfers’ shoes and returning clubs post-game, the golf butlers make guests’ time at the resort a hole-in-one.
