Soak in the spirit of Santa Fe at The Patio, nestled on the historic plaza. This open-air gem at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi offers regionally inspired cuisine, blending local heritage with fresh, seasonal flavors and contemporary flair.

Chef Cristian Pontiggia

Cristian Pontiggia has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and came to Santa Fe after working in top restaurants across Europe. Lombardy native Chef Cristian has won numerous awards such as Chef of the Year in New Mexico 2023 from the New Mexico Restaurant Association, and also Chef of the Year in 2022 and 2023 from the American Culinary Federation.
