This unique department serves as a creative partner to guests, moving beyond standard event planning to curate bespoke narratives. The team coordinates every element of a stay and the Signature Romance Services include:
- Bespoke Proposals and Productions: The Department of Romance functions as a production team for major life milestones, specializing in high-impact surprises. This includes the "Cinema Proposal," where a custom-produced, professional-grade film culminates in a marriage proposal, or dramatic outdoor gestures such as messages written across the sky by skywriters or the delivery of an engagement ring by a rider on an all-white stallion in traditional Mexican regalia.
- The Romance Menu and Resources: Guests have access to a curated "Romance Menu" of interludes, ranging from sunset dinners at La Plaza to old-fashioned horse-drawn carriage rides with private picnics. To further personalize the stay, the resort maintains a library of "romantic resources," including a collection of themed literature, films, and music, as well as custom-scented candles and aromatherapies.
