Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood Resort, is pleased to announce its 2023 Winter Collection of Emotions, a series of thoughtfully crafted experiences designed to immerse travelers in the spirit of the winter season while showcasing the beauty of Baja culture and beyond. To celebrate winter, the resort has planned a series of activations and events that honor the best design, wellness and culinary delights of Los Cabos.

- Swiss Cosmetics Partnership with BelleFontaine
The Spa at Las Ventanas has partnered with Swiss skincare line Bellefontaine to introduce four unique, alpine-inspired beauty experiences. Guests can boost collagen and strengthen the skin’s barrier with the collection of new exclusive treatments, which include the Bespoke 360 Discovery Treatment, Anti-Aging Cellular Treatment "Cellstemine," Luxurious Caviar Treatment “Time Defyer,” and Las Ventanas Instant Glow Facial, all of which feature natural ingredients from the Swiss Alps.
- Bespoke Hat Bar Pop Up
Guests will be invited to style, shop and witness a legendary cross-cultural collaboration at Las Ventanas al Paraíso’s pop-up custom hat bar between an illustrious hatmaker and a local artisan. The resort’s local resident artisan will help shoppers design a bespoke hat, individually selecting everything from style and color to customization – the perfect souvenir from a memorable getaway in Los Cabos.
- Sunset Bar
In partnership with Mexican-owned Maestro Dobel Atelier Tequila, Las Ventanas al Paraíso introduces the Sunset Bar, an outdoor lounge experience available to guests through mid-May. Crafted by devoted local artisans and lending a bohemian design, the new concept creates the ideal backdrop for guests to sip handcrafted cocktails, made with the help of 11 generations of tequila mastery, all while soaking in the kaleidoscopic views at sundown.
- A Taste of Italy with Executive Chef, Diego Stefan
Curated by Executive Chef Diego Stefan, a native of Padua, Italy, the new authentic Italian dining experience delights the senses with fresh Italian cuisine alongside wine pairings hand-selected by resort Wine Director, Genevieve Rioux. The one-of-a-kind menu offers a variety of Italian delicacies, including white truffles and exceptional regional wines. Exclusive porcelain from renowned Mexican ceramicist José Noé Suru, rare cutlery, luxurious linens, and stunning floral arrangements created by the resort’s resident florist work together to create an elevated, authentic experience for guests to enjoy.
- Counting the Nutrients
This winter, guests can indulge in a series of new, special menus devised in collaboration with local fitness and wellness company Moduvated. The resort’s Sea Grill will offer fresh takes on standard dishes, with a new selection of gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and vegan options. While fresh and local ingredients have always been central to the cuisine at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, these new dishes allow guests to be more mindful of their health.
