Sebastien Dental, who joined the resort in 2020, brings more than 15 years of international hospitality experience and a strong legacy of leadership across globally renowned luxury brands.
Since he arrived at Las Ventanas al Paraíso as Director of Food & Beverage, Dental has played a key role in elevating service standards and strengthening team culture. In 2022, he was promoted to Resort Manager, where his strategic mindset and guest-centric approach significantly enhanced the resort’s operations and reputation. He is recognized for his deep understanding of luxury hospitality and unwavering commitment to creating meaningful guest experiences that leave a lasting impact on both guests and colleagues.

As Managing Director, Sebastien will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of Las Ventanas al Paraíso, ensuring the resort continues to deliver its signature blend of innovation, excellence, and personalized service.
