Los Cabos, Mexico – 19 September 2025 – As part of our ongoing Collection of Emotions campaign, this winter, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood Resort will debut an array of bespoke, curated experiences designed to inspire and transport. From intimate dinners in desert canyons to immersive painting sessions under expansive Baja skies, from new wellness treatments that amplify restoration to an exciting, family-friendly collaboration between the resort and luxury towel brand Weezie, each unique experience embodies the creativity that defines the region and the resort’s signature commitment to artistry.
Throughout the season and into festive, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood Resort, will present the following:
1. Culinary Canyon Experiences
From November 2025 through April 2026, the resort will host a series of intimate culinary experiences nestled within an awe-inspiring desert canyon setting. Designed for special occasions and milestone celebrations, guests of the resort will be treated to a highly curated, family-style meal featuring the best locally sourced ingredients and authentic regional flavors. Accompanied by live music and cultural performances throughout the evening, this evening experience culminates with dessert and a stunning fireworks display under the stars, a perfect setting for proposals. A celebration of nature and the land, the spirit of Baja, and togetherness, this off-site dinner will offer an unforgettable and unique picture of Los Cabos.
2. Restorative Powers at The Spa at Las Ventanas
At The Spa at Las Ventanas, a brand-new treatment awaits discovery – ‘Elemental Stillness,’ a restorative, 90-minute stone massage with live rosin CBD. Blending the ancient, therapeutic power of warm stones with the restorative benefits of CBD, Elemental Stillness is designed for ultimate relaxation and a transformative experience for both body and mind. The 90-minute treatment gently dissolves muscular tension, reduces inflammation, and quiets the nervous system to allow the body to release, reset, and welcome renewal. The massage incorporates CAUSE+MEDIC’s live rosin CBD, a rare and potent extract derived from freshly-harvested hemp to preserve the full spectrum, ensuring maximum purity and efficacy for a premium, mindful, and luxurious CBD experience.
3. Omakase del Mar
At Arbol, the Michelin-recommended Asian-style coastal restaurant, Chef Khampan will deliver an artful omakase lunch experience where culinary style meets tradition and deep respect for nature. A sensory journey, Omakase del Mar will tell the story of Baja’s bluefin tuna through a 9-course progression of delicate, expressive tastes – from flame-seared collar and sashimi to grilled belly and bone broth. Chef Khampan will celebrate each part of the fish – nothing wasted – with craftsmanship and reverence, while a bespoke sake pairing curated by an in-house sake expert further illuminates each course with refinement and ritual. More than a mere lunch, Omakase del Mar is a dialogue between guest and chef, land and sea.
4. Las Ventanas al Paraíso x Weezie Towels x Tess Ramirez
This winter, Las Ventanas al Paraíso will launch a creative partnership with luxury monogrammed towels, wear, and home brand Weezie Towels. A leader in the personalized linens space, Weezie has modernized everyday luxury with an expanse of products spanning bath, beach, pool, home, and more. The partnership reflects the attention to detail, quality, and effortless joy that define both brands and philosophies. Designed by New York City-based artist and the creative force behind My Father’s Daughter Designs, Tess Ramirez, Tess has lent her illustrative eye to an exclusive embroidery design that will be featured on Weezie’s signature toiletry bag. The design is inspired by the resort’s iconic ‘Tree of Love’ and the colorful glass-blown hearts that decorate each branch; later this season, the resort will also debut a custom kids’ cover-up in partnership with Weezie. As an added layer, the partnership will come to life with a limited-time pop-up from December 9-10, 2025. 5. Paint by Sunset
Throughout the season, the Lounge Bar will host intimate painting sessions while sipping tropical cocktails and inspiration provided by the colorful sunset. Designed to inspire all, from seasoned artists to those seeking creative and mindful expression. The classes will be guided by some of Baja Sur’s iconic artists, who will help guests explore color, emotion, and vision, calling upon the vivid Baja skies for inspiration.
