Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change and based on availability. Rates are subject to a 14% occupancy tax, .24% CA Tourism Tax, 2% Santa Barbara Fee, and USD75 resort fee.

Cancellations
Reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty or forfeiture of deposit.

Parking Policy
All hotel guests, employees, and visitors to Rosewood Miramar Beach are required to valet park their vehicles on-site on the resort campus. Guest parking is prohibited on all public streets including in the Public Beach Access Parking on Eucalyptus Lane and Jameson Lane.

Pet Policy
Pets of all sizes are welcome; there is a USD175 non-refundable fee per pet per visit. Service animals are exempt.

Smoke-Free Policy
Rosewood Miramar Beach maintains a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms or suites. If this policy is violated, a fee will be charged based on room category.
