At Caruso’s, Chef Massimo introduces a taste of Southern Italy to coastal Montecito through signature dishes that utilize the highest-quality ingredients sourced from neighboring farmers, fisherman and ranchers. Menu highlights include starters such as Santa Barbara Farmer’s Market Salad, Hand-pulled Burrata and Baja Kampachi Crudo; homemade pastas range from the chef’s signature Carbonara to Uni Tagliolini; and main courses include Pan Roasted Petrale Sole, Kurobuta Double Porkchop and Grass-fed Watkins Ranch Filet. Kindly note that beginning November 4th, Caruso's will be closed for dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Dress Code
To enhance the experience for our guests, we kindly ask that all diners adhere to a Business Casual dress code. We therefore suggest collared shirts for gentlemen.
