Salty Magazine, Caruso’s Restaurant (1 Michelin Star, 1 Michelin Green Star), and host Chef Massimo Falsini will welcome guest chefs Brian Limoges of Enclos (2 Michelin Stars, 1 Michelin Green Star) in Sonoma, California, and Felipe Riccio of MARCH (1 Michelin Star) in Houston, Texas, for a special one-night-only dinner on September 16th at Caruso’s.
Set against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, this remarkable evening will celebrate regional expression, sustainable practices, and world-class culinary talent. The multi-course tasting menu is priced at USD395 per guest (exclusive of tax and service). Two optional wine pairings will also be available: “SB County and Central Coast” and “Sommelier Reserve.”
