MONTECITO, CA (July 20, 2025) – Caruso’s, the signature Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star restaurant at the Forbes Triple Five-Star Rosewood Miramar Beach, is pleased to introduce Sapore di Stelle, an exclusive new dining experience that brings the very best of coastal California cuisine to one of the most highly coveted shorelines on the West Coast.
Italian for “Flavor of the Stars,” Sapore di Stelle invites one party per evening to dine just steps from the Pacific Ocean, on the sands of Miramar Beach. Located in a curated private cabana with the sea, stars, and waves as your backdrop, this intimate culinary journey is designed for parties of two to four seeking a highly personal and remarkable evening.
Chef Massimo Falsini and Wine Director Rob Smits are available upon request to curate a tailored 12-course tasting menu and wine pairing through a pre-dinner consultation, ensuring the experience reflects your unique preferences. Rooted in Chef Massimo’s Italian heritage and inspired by the bounty of California’s Central Coast, the menu showcases a refined expression of the American Riviera coastal cuisine.
To further elevate the evening, guests may select from a range of heartfelt enhancements—from live acoustic entertainment to floral petal walkways—creating a moment as personal as it is treasured.
Sapore di Stelle begins at $2,000 for food and beverage, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and $1,000 for beachside design and setup. Enhancements are also available for a supplemental fee. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
