This is your opportunity to learn how to make the classics of Italian cuisine at the hands of a master. Our culinary expert shares his inborn knowledge of creating homemade pasta and flavorful sauces – the basic skills every Italian cook must know.
You’ll get hands-on instruction to prepare traditional Italian-style fresh pasta – your choiceof Tagliolini, Tagliatelle, Spaghetti, Ravioli or Strozzapreti. Then pick your favorite sauce– Pomodoro, Bolognese, Pesto or Carbonara – and we will reveal the secrets of producinga concoction even an Italian mama would love.
Classes take place in Red Sauce restaurant, ttingly named after the fundamental mother sauce of Italian cuisine. Follow up your learning experience by sharing your pasta and an aperitivo with your fellow classmates at the convivial open kitchen and chat with our chef for more insight into the Italian way of cooking and la dolce vita.
