Madera means “wood” in Spanish and the restaurant’s concept is based on the wood-burning oven reminiscent of the California ranch house and early Spanish missionary heritage. American cuisine with bold flavors is created on the wood-fire grill and rotisserie oven using sustainably harvested and produced seafood and naturally raised meats, coupled with the bountiful harvest of the surrounding farming communities.
