In support of Earth Hour, we dimmed the lights across the property and switched off all non-essential front-of-house lighting. Candlelight illuminated our public spaces—including the restaurant, bar, and lobby to raise awareness and promote energy conservation.
In honor of Earth Day, Madera Restaurant offered a candlelit dinner service throughout the evening. An elegant gesture of sustainability, encouraging awareness while conserving energy.
