With over 15 years of experience, Chef Frank is well-versed in menu design, quality, and deliverance of each plate, he honed his fine-dining expertise in hotels and resorts in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. A certified Chef Instructor, he also displays a strong track record for building streamlined, cohesive teams.
After graduating in Culinary Arts in his native Germany, he spent his formative professional years in Switzerland and UK before joining the culinary team in UAE, and later in Shanghai. He worked his way up through the ranks across Asia, where he worked closely with the Executive Chef to fine-tune culinary offerings, increase guest satisfaction, reduce food cost, implement work efficiency, and lead a team to maintain consistency in quality, quantity and presentation.
