General Policy

• Rates are in Thai Baht per room per night for up to two people and subject to change and based on availability
• Rates are subject to 7% VAT and 10% service charge
• Check-in: 3 p.m.
• Check-out: 12 noon.
  

Extra Person & Child Policy

• Children 5 years and under:
  • Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • An extra bed, if required, is complimentary (subject to availability).
• Children 6 -12 years:
  • A nightly charge of THB 640 excluding 7% VAT and 10% service per person applies.
  • An extra bed, if required, is complimentary (subject to availability).
• Extra Person Fee (For a person 13 years of age and older:):
  • A nightly charge of THB 2,000 excluding 7% VAT and 10% service charge per person. 
  • This rate includes an extra bed.

Cancellation Policy / No Show

• Cancellation policy: please refer to the cancellation policy laid out for every offer and their related terms & conditions at the time of reservation.
• No-Show Fee is 100% of the full stay and early check-out fee is 100% (for non-emergency early departures).
• Early check-out fee is 100% (for non-emergency early departures).
  

Group Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at the time the reservation is made.

Pet Policy

• Rosewood Bangkok welcomes pets weighing up to 10 kg/22 lb. Only one pet is allowed with a pet supplement of THB 2,500 excluding 7% VAT and 10% service charge, for a maximum of 7 nights.
• Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bar or surrounding areas due to Sanitary Standards.
• Pet name and breed are mandatory at the time of reservation.
• To respect the privacy of other guests, dogs are not allowed in the pool and restaurant and must be always in a carrier or leash while surrounding the property. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to obtain the required import documentation and transport cradles.
• In case guest has more than one pet, special request can only be authorized by the Managing Director at the time of reservation.

Smoke-Free Policy

Rosewood Bangkok is a non-smoking Hotel. Failure to comply with the Hotel’s non-smoking policy will result in a daily smoking fee of THB 20,000 for rooms and THB 40,000 for suites. Failure to adhere to the smoke-free policy may result in an early check-out request by management without refund. Additional recovery costs to restore the guest room(s) will be charged where necessary.
