The fully equipped, 1,900-square-foot fitness center features state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment, including cardiovascular and weight-training facilities.
In addition to strength training, we also offer a variety of wellness classes listed below.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A class in which postures are connected with continuous fluid movements and the breath. This class involves balanced flows that are strengthening and aid in flexibility. Expect to move, energize, strengthen, stretch, balance and breathe.
Asana Yoga: A yoga class that includes a sequence of postures that are held for a short time. Expect to strengthen, stretch, balance and breathe.
Restorative Yoga: A class in which most of the postures are seated or laying down with the use of supportive props to optimize comfort and relaxation. Expect to hold restorative postures for upwards of 5 minutes. Expect very little movement, meditation, and breath work that is optional.
Gentle Yoga: A slow-paced class that includes a combination of gentle fluid movements and postures. Props are encouraged to optimize comfort. Expect to move gently, stretch, balance, and breathe.
Pilates: A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. This is not a reformer class as we utilize floor mats.
Tabata: Four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced, fun and burn up tons of calories.
Aqua Zumba: A low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class since it is water based.
Sunrise Yoga: An experience not to be missed, performed directly on the beach front facing the ocean. All you need is motivation to wake slightly early on a Saturday morning. This session is for everyone and all about the overall yoga experience. Mats not required and water is provided .
Full Moon Yoga: Performed directly on the beach under the bright and energized full moon, honor the rhythms of nature to live in greater harmony. Mats not required and water is provided.
