Featuring a variety of modern features, the two-storey residence features a screening room, guest/pool house, tennis court, infinity pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and shaded terraces. A Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is at the Villa guests’ disposal for the duration of their stay to drive at leisure, within the estate or around the region.

When purchased on-site, the cost of breakfast for room-only rates is €50 p.p.

• Tuscan Dispensa (welcome grocery upon arrival) replenished daily along with a selection of Castiglion del Bosco estate wines
• Lunch or dinner each day (the choice is yours) at one of our restaurants, or as an in-Villa dining experience prepared by one of our Chefs (alcoholic beverages excluded)
• Minibar items replenished daily (alcoholic beverages excluded)
• Daily fully dedicated service by your housekeeping attendant from 8 am until 4.30pm; extra cleaning, if required, will be charged at a cost

• Included in the nightly Villa rate is a Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle,  for guests to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be maximum 3 designated drivers per Villa, throughout the length of your stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
