- Travelling dates: from January 7 to March 20, 2026.
- While the suites and main hotel facilities located at the borgo will remain closed until March 21, 2026, villa guests will continue to enjoy select services within the privacy of their residence. Services and activities will be available upon request through the Virtual Concierge team.
- A minimum length of stay of 2 nights is required. Rates and availability at the time of booking are subject to change. Black-out dates may apply.
- Rates are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, nor applicable to group bookings. Rates are per night and may vary by arrival date, room type, and/or length of stay.
- Rates are 10% VAT Included.
- City tax is excluded.
- Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Non–guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
- At the time of confirmation we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the full amount due. The remainder 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit. In the case of cancellations received 14 or fewer days prior to the arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- A 7-seat Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is included in the nightly villa rate to drive for the duration of your stay. There can be a maximum of 3 designated drivers per villa, throughout the length of the stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
