The charming five-bedroom Villa Sant’Anna enjoys enchanting views from dawn to dusk. The home’s understated Tuscan interiors are distinctive for their exquisite details, stonework and bespoke furnishings. The two-story stone villa features a home theater as well as a pool, pool house, tennis court and vast gardens. A Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is at the Villa guests’ disposal for the duration of their stay to drive at leisure, within the estate or around the region.

Daily rates are per room/suite and are inclusive of:

Rates also include: access to Kids Club and select kids' activities, use of sauna and steam bath, fitness center, heated infinity pool, bocce and tennis courts.

When purchased on-site, the cost of breakfast for room-only rates is €50 p.p.

• Tuscan Dispensa (welcome grocery upon arrival) replenished daily along with a selection of Castiglion del Bosco estate wines
• Lunch or dinner each day (the choice is yours) at one of our restaurants, or as an in-Villa dining experience prepared by one of our Chefs (alcoholic beverages excluded)
• Minibar items replenished daily (alcoholic beverages excluded)
• Daily fully dedicated service by your housekeeping attendant from 8 am until 4.30pm; extra cleaning, if required, will be charged at a cost
• Newspaper application for Android and Apple devices

• Included in the nightly Villa rate is a Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle,  for guests to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be maximum 3 designated drivers per Villa, throughout the length of your stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
