Suites:
- Rates are subject to change and availability at the time of booking; blackout dates may apply.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Non–guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival by 4 p.m. local time are subject to 100% cancellation penalty.
Villas:
- Rates are subject to change and availability at the time of booking; blackout dates may apply.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Non–guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations cancelled or modified 30 days or less prior to arrival by 4 pm local time are subject to 100% cancellation penalty.
- A 7-seat Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is included in the nightly villa rate to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be maximum 3 designated drivers per villa, throughout the length of the stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
