A valid credit card is required at the time of confirmation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.

For bookings of 7 or more nights and 4 or more Suites and/or Villas travelling together as one party, the hotel will reconfirm the exact deposit and cancellation policy by email.

Cancellation policy for Villas: reservations cancelled or modified 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. A 100% non-refundable deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposit policy for Villas: for bookings of 7 nights or more, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation.

Inclusion for Villas only: a Land Rover Defender, or similar type of 4x4 vehicle, is included in the nightly villa rate to drive for the duration of their stay. There can be a maximum of 3 designated drivers per villa, throughout the length of the stay. Please note that, according to Italian law, drivers must be in possession of a valid EU or International Driving License.
