At the heart of The Butterfly Room’s offering is a curated selection from Butterfly Pâtisserie—an in-house atelier of confectionary craft led by Executive Pastry Chef Tony Hoyle. Each piece is made daily, balancing visual elegance with layered flavor. From hand-painted bonbons to seasonal entremets and Arabic sweets, the pastry counter serves as both display and invitation.

 

Guests can enjoy these creations à la carte or as part of the Afternoon Tea experience, where classic forms and contemporary flavors come together on every tier.
