The intoxicating aroma of freshly baked flatbread wafts from wood-fired ovens, intermingling with the sun-kissed flavors of the Levant on your plate. Welcome to Mila, a fine dining restaurant in Doha where time-honored Levantine recipes are elevated with modern flair against the vibrant backdrop of the Arabian Gulf.

 

Named after the Arabic word for “grace,” Mila is a Levantine restaurant that reflects the warmth and generosity of the region. Traditional dishes are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens—from clay-pot whole fish to vegan mezze—crafted with precision, care, and the freshest ingredients. The restaurant’s all-day rhythm offers comfort at any hour, inviting guests to slow down and savour the simplicity of well-made food. In the walk-in wine cellar, story tags shed light on selections from Lebanon, Turkey, France, Italy, and beyond, allowing you to find the perfect pairing.
