The result is coastal-inspired cuisine—focused 80% on seafood—that’s as clear and refreshing as the sea views from the dining room and poolside terrace.

Led by an all-female brigade of chefs representing seven nationalities, Asaya Kitchen is a culinary expression of Rosewood’s Partners in Provenance commitment, highlighting the work of local purveyors, traditional farmers, and time-honored techniques. Here, nourishment is intentional, seasonal, and alive with the taste of the earth and sea.
